Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence

A discussion forum for members of the Foro di studi avanzati Gaetano Massa's PAI to discuss issues and engage in planning for such discussion. As discussed at the most recent conference (2026), the PAI will to seek to be a rational platform for discussing AI. We want philosopers/theologians to offer alternative analysis of the intellectual, cultural, economic and political outcomes of AI distinct from these normative platforms (including ethical theories - virtue, natural law, deontological, consequentialist / pragmatic - which too often fail to meet the challenge of AI). As such, it is hoped that the PAI forum can help to discover a new ethical paradigm.
